What this assessment tells you
DISC describes four dimensions of everyday behaviour: how you respond to problems (Dominance), how you influence people (Influence), how you respond to pace and change (Steadiness) and how you respond to rules and standards (Compliance). Everyone uses all four — in different amounts.
Before you begin — please read
It is only as good as your answers. Answer honestly, based on how you really behave — not how you think you should behave, or how you would like to be seen.
It is not 100% accurate. No questionnaire can fully capture a person. Treat your results as a starting point for reflection, not a final verdict.
It does not judge who you are. This is a tool to help you understand yourself and others. There are no good or bad profiles, and it says nothing about your intelligence, values or worth.
